SPARE PARTS

JOHN HEINE NEW

Our history of machine tool manufacture has equipped us well to manufacture spare parts.  We carry a very comprehensive range of parts for the John Heine range of machines, which includes power presses, guillotines, folders, rollers and can making machinery.  Naturally, our parts are made to original specifications and tight tolerances, guaranteeing a perfect fit every time.  It is extremely important to select the correct material, hardness and surface finish to ensure the new component will give as many years service as the original part.  What's more, we can even install them for you with our own service team.

JOHN HEINE USED

Because many John Heine machines built in the early 1900's are still running, there is a need for a cheaper alternatives to newly manufactured spare parts.  For these earlier series machines, we carry a large range of used spare parts.  Some parts are fine to use as is, and others require a little TLC.  We can re-grind slides, re-work some faces or install new sub-components (eg a used gearwheel with new bearings or splined bush).

REVERSE ENGINEERED

Over the years, John Heine has been able to help customers with special requests.  In these instances, the original manufacturer was either unable to assist or unable to be found.  Using our vast experience and extensive in-house capabilities, we have been able to reverse engineer and manufacture a suitable spare part.  Items include: a rolling mill side frame weighing 11 tons; a 300 ton press crown; a 200 ton hydraulic press frame; a 2 m diameter pump impeller;  .

REVERSE ENGINEERED WEAR PARTS

Sometimes our customer is looking for greater performance from his components.  Our dedicated team of sales staff, engineers and metallurgists can analyse the problem and develop a solution that will optimise output but staying within the given parameters.  We can tailor specific alloys to suit individual customers to maximise performance.  Working in partnership with our customers over a period of time, we have in some instances been able to improve wear life by up to 50%.
